El baño tiene secador de pelo y en el piso hay TV, acceso a Internet sin cables, calefacción central, aire acondicionado con bomba de frío y calor, y antena parabólica. El edificio tiene, además, portero físico.
El Paseo de Pintor Rosales es una de las zonas más apreciadas para vivir por parte de los madrileños, debido a sus zonas verdes y ajardinadas, sus terrazas al aire libre y su proximidad a la Plaza de España, el Palacio Real y la zona comercial de Argüelles. Es una zona muy segura y perfectamente comunicada con el resto de la ciudad. Entre las zonas verdes cercanas están el Parque del Oeste, uno de los más importantes de Madrid, y el Templo de Debod.

My experience in searching for an apartment to rent in Madrid was made very easy thanks to Charming Rents. Luisa Salama was very helpful in locating an affordable studio for me during one semester of study. My favorite feature was the cleaning service once a week! This particular building is very safe and in a great neighborhood. I´d recommend it again.
I stayed in this studio for 3 months from October to December 2010. Luisa was a wonderful hostess who ensured my stay was extremely comfortable by providing a beautifully furnished apartment with all the utensils and crockery required at an affordable price. The apartment was always spick and span and very professionally maintained with fresh towels and clean beddings. I was very impressed. I would definitely choose Charming Rents again if I had to. I lived in the apartment for 13 months during my studies in Madrid. It is a perfect place to live in Madrid if you like a great park for running, reading, relaxing in a park, that is across the street. Lovely little restaurants and bars with terraces (but no noise in the evening) and a wonderful host like Luisa will make you feel like home. Looking at the pictures of this lovely studio makes me feel homesick. The view from this flat on the 15th floor is beautiful and goes all the way up north to the mountains outside of Madrid (great climbing up their too and reachable by the normal bus). Enjoy sunsets every evening while sitting at the large window. I had a wonderful stay in this studio. The apartment itself was modern, comfortable, and clean, with a great view and in a good building. It included sheets, towels, and all the necessary kitchenware, which made the move-in easy and the bi-weekly cleaning service was also a huge plus. The neighborhood is very nice, with a park just across the street. It is very well communicated and in a really nice part of the city with shops and restaurants/bars walking distance. Luisa was a gracious host, always available and helpful in every situation. I would absolutely recommend Charming Rents!
Luisa is an amazing host! I recently stayed in the apartment for nine days while my boyfriend visited me in Madrid and the studio was beautiful and clean. It’s in a great location (the studio overlooks Parque de Oeste and has a view of the city) and it’s close to cafés, grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. Luisa had provided everything we needed and was always available (even when my phone called her from my purse at 1:30 in the morning!). The apartment is perfect for a short or long stay for one or two people!
The view, the location and the studio are all beautiful–stylish. The studio is equipped with everything from plates to a washing machine and everything works perfectlyincluding a strong wifi. This stay is the second time I’ve stayed with Luisa, and it was as wonderful as the first time i stayed in a nearby apartment. Upon arrival, I found refreshments, fresh fruit and cookies…so sweet. Literally next door, there’s a cafe to grab a cafe con leche in the morning or beer in the afternoon on the outdoor tables. Restaurants are countless and I never have a need for a vehicle because of the metro stops nearby, plentiful cabs and the ease of walking all over Madrid from this location. Parque Oeste, the park in front of the building, is an incredible park with tons of monuments, running trails, Templo Debod, the Teleferico, a gorgeous rosé garden and more. In the summer, there is an open air opera performed at the Templo..it is really an incredible location and great neighborhood. You will not find better accommodations or hospitality than Luisa’s.
Destacamos primero la buena atención por parte de Luisa, muy amable en todo momento. El piso está bien ubicado y lo recibimos muy limpio. Tiene una vista muy agradable al Parque Sur que poco se ve en Madrid. ¡Muy recomendado!
