This exterior apartment is located in the last floor of a modern building in Rodriguez San Pedro. It’s just refurbished completely. It’s a very quiet and luminous loft. The window has north orientation and gives a lot of light, because there is just a garden in front. The building has a doorman and two elevators and a doorman. The kitchen is separated from the living area, where you can find a big bed of 1,35×90 and a sofa. As storage space you have a 1,20×3 wardrobe, the bed is the trunk and the kitchen has a closet for the cleaning.

The kitchen has three glass, ceramic plates, owen and a dishwasher. The washing machine is in the bathroom. The apartment is totally equiped. The area is very safe, lively and well connected to the rest of the city. Rodríguez San Pedro, is very close to Alberto Aguilera, where the Comillas Pontifical University (Comillas) and ENFOREX is located, as well as Princesa Street and the Argüelles metro station. It is also close to Moncloa and the Glorieta de San Bernardo. In spite of being located in the area of Argüelles, it is also very close to the Chamberi district.

The area has many grocery stores, bars and shops. Argüelles is one of the most valued areas to live in Madrid, because it is a commercial area and because of its proximity to attractions such as the Paseo del Pintor Rosales, Templo de Debod and Parque del Oeste. No car is needed as everything is nearby: there are plenty of bars, nightclubs, cafés, and restaurants… The neighbourhood is safe and it is very easy to travel in and out of given that metro stations, taxis, and buses can all be found within walking distance. If you want to see Madrid from a bird’s eye view, you can take the Teleférico very near (in Paseo del Pintor Rosales) and go to the zoo or to the Parque de Atracciones (amusement park).
