Luisa, I lived for more than 5 month in Pintor Rosales 48, Appartemento 15B. I loved the time in the flat and people who visited me were impressed about the view (one of the best views of Madrid) and the flat. I personally felt very comfortable. The flat has a lot of charming and warm elements so that you really feel home. Your support, whatever I missed or required, was outstanding. 1 day after I moved out, a colleague of mine was very very happy to have the possibility to move into the flat. En el apartamento de Rosales nos hemos sentido como en nuestra propia casa desde el primer día. Es acogedor y funcional y está decorado con sencillez calidad y buen gusto, cuidando cada detalle. Los desayunos en la terraza, las cenas con amigos con esas espectaculares vistas de Madrid (las mejores vistas de la ciudad), el barrio… Sin duda, los meses que hemos pasado aquí no los vamos a olvidar nunca. 630320852

Alquilé este departamento y fue una acertada decisión. La zona es muy cómodo, hay muchas tiendas cerca, farmacias, supermercados y sitios donde comer. El metro se encuentra a sólo 100 metros. Frente al edificio no hay edificios altos y el sol entra por las ventanas, es muy luminoso. El departamento, en cuanto a electrodomésticos, se encuentra bien equipado con cocina por inducción y horno eléctrico, lavavajillas, heladera y congelador, televisor, servicio de wifi, lavarropas, aire acondicionado, tostadora y microondas. Si bien hay otras posibilidades más económicas en la zona, el estado de electrodomésticos, muebles, toallas y sábanas es excelente y también me gustaría destacar la buena predisposición, amabilidad y ayuda que están dispuestos a dar sus dueños. Mi valoración es altamente positiva y volvería a alquilar este departamento. Lo recomiendo sin lugar a dudas!

Dear Luisa, We are so pleased that we chose to rent an apartment through Charming Rents. From the moment we arrived at the apartment your care and attention to detail was clear and you made sure that we had a very memorable stay. The apartment on the fourth floor (unfortunately there isn’t an elevator, but for us this was no problem) is very clean, modern and cozy with every item you could possibly need. We couldn’t have asked for a better location…the metro stop is a 2 minute walk away and the center of Madrid is less than 5 minutes ride away. The neighbourhood is very friendly and typically spanish. There are bars and restaurants, supermarkets, a cinema complex and the beautiful Temple de Debod, Parque del Oeste and Plaza de Espana all within walking distance. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 month stay and highly recommend this apartment to anybody wishing to stay in a beautiful neighbourhood in a clean, safe and secure building. Two students staying for a month .

Yes, Luisa made us feel very welcome. We were two students staying for a month. The location is wonderful. A quiet street close to everything. The cab system in Madrid is very easy and so is the Metro.

This Madrid apartment is very nice in a beautiful small building close to the Gran Via. It is on the fourth floor and there is not an elevator. It is simply decorated but very neat and comfortable. By American standards it is a small space but plenty of room for a couple or small family. In Madrid, you will never be in the apartment! We highly recommend this space for a stay in Madrid.

Luisa, our host, was wonderful. She makes an effort to do a little shopping for breakfast things and she is very responsive. She arranged to have someone meet us at the apartment and it went smoothly. She also stopped by to make sure everything was ok.

Nos hemos sentido en casa con ustedes y por eso les deseo lo mejor en su negocio.

We rented this apartment for the month of July 2010, and we found it very comfortable and the management very helpful, professional, always available, and very accomodating, for instance, when they saw that we had two children they lent us several DVds. The apartment is conveniently located minutes away from Plaza de Espana, el Corte Ingles, several affordable restaurants, and a few theaters. The apartment has everything you need, it is fully furnished, it has a washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, iron and all kinds of kitchen utensils for cooking, etc. The apartment definitely meets your expectations, and I fully recommend it for a short or long stay. Cute and quiet appartment near the park.
I loved this apartment from the first moment. I moved to Madrid in 2006 from the Netherlands to work in ESA. The neighborhood is great, lots of cinemas (also o.v.), the park, a friendly atmosphere… There are fantastic groceries and butcher shop nearby, supermarket and flower shop just at the corner of the building. And you are walking distance from many nice neighborhoods such as Malasana, Chueca… The apartment was completely refurbished and clean as I entered (just like in the photos), and any problem that I had was solved within a day. I strongly recommend this place to anybody who is looking for a quiet place in Madrid.

Sono un ragazzo italiano giunto a madrid perchè vincitore di una borsa erasmus! Dopo aver effettuato tante ricerche per trovare un appartamento,finalmente sono riuscito a trovalo. La casa a cui mi riferisco si trova in calle martin de los heros,una via molto ben comunicante con il centro della capitale spagnola:a piedi si possono infatti raggiungere molti centri di interesse come plaza de espana puerta del sol,opera,il palazzo real e l’incantevole plaza mayor!!L’appartamento al suo interno contiene un arredamento molto moderno e allo steso tempo molto piacevole permettendo cosi di passare intere giornate in casa senza sentire la necessita di scappare via come molto spesso accade in appartamenti di cosi modeste dimensioni. Chi deciderà di affittarlo è però avvisato di prepararsi a fare ogni giorno dell’esercizio fisico poichè la casa si trova in una palazzina senza ascensore. Lo consiglio Francesco

Fantastic apartment.
I stayed here for 6 weeks during May-July 2014. The apartment is located right on Malasaña area, the best area in Madrid. The apt is walking distance to great restaurants, cafés, shopping, and Gran Via. Both San Bernardo and Bilbao Metro stations are 5 mts walk from the apt which makes it very convenient. The apt is newly renovated with nice appliances and is very very spacious with two large bedrooms and two large bathrooms. It is on the first first floor and has a beautiful balcony facing Malasaña street. There are awesome little boutiques and stores along the street where you can buy really nice souvenirs. I have stayed in Arguelles and Plaza de España before and this is by far the best place in terms of actual space and LOCATION. It cant be beat. Luisa is great and she will make sure you have a great stay.

Great apartment
The apartament was great. Clean, looks like new, with everything that we needed. The location was great too, very close to a subway station, and a lots of restaurants e bars near by for a late meal or drink. Marina, the woman that received us, explained everything about of the apartament, was very helpful and kind. We had problem with the air conditioning and the beds are a little small, but not that prevented us to have a great time. I highly recommend this place to people. Enero de 2015
