El baño tiene ducha en lugar de bañera.El barrio de Rosales es uno de los más apreciados para vivir por los madrileños debido a la proximidad de zonas verdes y ajardinadas a pocos minutos del corazón de Madrid. El Paseo de Rosales está muy cerca de la Plaza de España y la Gran Vía, así como del Palacio Real y la Opera. Está también a pocos minutos de la zona comercial de Princesa y Monclóa. Cuenta con una amplia oferta de transportes: autobuses, metros, paradas de taxi. En el propio paseo hay bares y terrazas al aire libre. Es una zona muy alegre con un amplio arbolado. El apartamento tiene tv, dvd, aparato de música, microondas, lavadora y tendedero. Está recién pintado y el mobiliario, los textiles, los aparatos eléctricos y utensilios de cocina son nuevos.

Came with my family and stayed for three months in Calle Quintana. From beginning to end, the experience was outstanding. The neighborhood, as Luisa told us, is perfect for a family or couple, and there are no surprises in the apartment aside from the special touches Luisa leaves for you. She even brought us a little table and chair so that our little one had a place to play and draw. i recommend CharmingRents without reservation.
I am a law student from Texas. I stayed in the Quintana Rosales for 6 weeks. It was perfect for me and my 2 roommates. It was exactly as it appeared on the website and was in a great location. The neighborhood was safe, very lively, and right near a lot of good shopping. Luisa is very sweet and accommodating. She even let us borrow a few movies from her personal collection! I would recommend staying in one of Luisa’s apartments wholeheartedly.
Hello. I work for an international FMCG company and have rented flats through Charming Rents both times that I’ve been based in Madrid. I wouldn’t hesistate to recommend Luisa Salama or her company to anyone – and, on various occasions, haven’t! She takes amazing care of her flats and her tennants. You will always find the appartments spotless and it perfect repair, and if you have any problems she will always deal with them immediately and charmingly! This particular appartment is exactly as it appears in the pictures (although without the slightly crazy rounding effect on some of these…). It is very well located in a lively area that is also close to a huge and lovely park. Luisa completely redecorated the flat when she took it onto her books so everything is new and fresh and in perfect repair. I hope you enjoy staying there as much as I did! Vine con mi familia, y nos alojamos tres meses en el apartamento « Quintana. » Desde el principio fue una experiencia fenomenal. La ubicación, como nos aconsejó Luisa, es muy buena para una familia pequeña o una pareja, y en el apartamento no hay sorpresas salvo los « toques especiales » que Luisa te deja. Aún nos trajo una mesita y sillita presiosas para que nuestra hija tenga un espacio propio para dibujar y jugar. Sin duda, recomiendo « CharmingRents ».
