The kitchen has a small fridge, two ceramic hobs, extractor hood and microwave. It has a bed of 1.20, a tv, a little sofa, some shelves, a closet with storage space above, and a washing machine.
The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink and towel rail. It has a air conditioner split that works for hot and cold.

It’s close to the center, in a lively area, but very safe and well connected with the rest of the city.

Andrés Mellado Street is very close to Princess Street and Alberto Aguilera, where the University of ICADE, ENFOREX, Princess Street and the Argüelles metro are located. They are also next to Moncloa and the roundabouts of Quevedo and San Bernardo. Although it is located between Chamberí and Arguelles, Malasaña is a short walk away. The atmosphere of the neighborhood, where coffee shops, small shops and grocery stores abound, is very quiet and pleasant. The district of Argüelles is one of the most appreciated to live by the people of Madrid, because it is perfectly connected and full of shops. In addition, it is very close to the Paseo del Pintor Rosales, with its terraces, and its green and landscaped areas: the Parque del Oeste and the Templo de Debod.

On the Paseo del Pintor Rosales is the Madrid Cable Car, which leads to the Casa de Campo, the Zoo and the Amusement Park. In this neighborhood, which has a very popular character, there are places for all tastes: from cocktail bars to traditional English clubs or salsa clubs. Also, you don’t need a car, since everything is really close.
