A Wonderful 3 years in this apartment!!! – I have been so fortunate to have found this apartment the summer of 2011. Luisa was so nice from the very first meeting and took care of everything!! it is so clean and modern and the location is accesible to several bus and metro lines. Whenever I made a request to Luisa, she was back in touch with me within a day and sometimes hours. The apartment is nicely furnished and very comfortable. As i return to the U.S. I will savor the memories of living here and walking in El Parque del Oueste, just minutes away.Thanks for everything, Luisa!!

Pasamos seis meses en este piso, que han sido de los mejores de nuestras vidas. Las vistas a la Casa de Campo y a la ciudad de Madrid son incomparables, así como el ambiente tranquilo y familiar que se respira en los alrededores, con el Templo de Debod, el Parque del Oeste, Moncloa y Argüelles. En toda la ciudad es difícil encontrar un lugar como este, por su ubicación, el buen gusto con que está decorado y las puestas de sol que se contemplan todas las tardes desde el balcón. Si lo ocupan les pasará lo que a nosotros, y serán felices.

Mejor imposible. Nuestra estancia en este apartamento ha sido fantástica. Las vistas son absolutamente impresionantes, probablemente las mejores de Madrid y su localización te permite residir en el centro de la ciudad con las ventajas que ello conlleva en cuanto a comercios, transportes, animación… pero a la vez rodeado de zonas verdes. Toda la vivienda transmite una atmósfera de paz y tranquilidad; las vistas, la decoración, la iluminación…A todo esto hay que sumar toda la amabilidad con la que nos ha tratado Luisa, siempre dispuesta a ayudar en lo que hemos necesitado. Sin duda recordaremos siempre esta etapa con mucho cariño y nostalgia.

Location was good and the apartment was clean and in good shape. The matress in small bedroom could be better.

The apartment is absolutely gorgeous! It has been furnished with high quality furniture and equipment, just as it shows in the pictures and the location is great. The highlight of this apartment is definately the cosy balcony and fantastic view over the park. I can only recommend it, and I am more than happy with the help and consideration of the management in order to get me settled in and deal with any requests that I have had. Thank you for making me feel so welcome and comfortable here!

Great location. The place is just perfect. Stayed there for three weeks, and nothing negative to mention. Luisa was very helpful and friendly. The location is just perfect. Nice restaurants and huge park right next to the apartment. To the nearest metro stop Arguelles only 5 minutes by walking.

Everything is perfect! It is a furnished studio apartment with a lovely terrace and the location is perfect. I have stayed here for 6 months. Overall, I am really satisfied with Apartment Ayala. If I have a second chance to live in Madrid, I would choose here every time again without hesitation.

To Luisa. Spending 4 months at the calle Galileo apartment was fabulous. The location is perfect for getting around central Madrid with ease, and there are plenty of shops/restaurants in the neighborhood. The apartment itself is very modern, with good spacing to live in. The appliances and utilities match any thing in a typical USA city. It was easy to move in and get accustomed to the area, with timely response from the management, when we did have a few minor problems. There were positively no inconveniences to speak of… Lastly, we discovered the fabulous Green Canal park 15 min. away by foot, which is a new, huge, municipal park, including a golf range, soccer fields, a running track, padel tennis courts, etc. We even went there to get sun, on the large area near the fountains…just another plus for this location. El apartamento esta muy bien arreglado, esta super bien situado con super a la vuelta y areas muy zonas de bares, cines, restaurantes etc, esta super bien para vivir largas temporadas, vivimos dos chicas mexicanas y lo pasamos de lujo, las habitaciones estan separadas asi que hay mucha privacidad una de la otra, la cocina equipada, el salon muy comodo y el baño tambien. Este piso es tu opcion si quieres venir a madrid por una larga temporada.
