The apartment is spacious and beautifully furnished with modern furniture. It is brilliantly located close to shops, bars, restaurants, cinema and most importantly public transport. There are 4 metro lines, numerous bus lines within 5mins walk and it is within walking distance to the city centre. I have been living alone in the apartment since July 2007 and have enjoyed its convenient location. The apartment itself has 2 bedrooms with double beds well separated from each other for privacy, the bathroom has a shower as well. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, stove (no oven), microwave, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine. The dining room and lounge are open plan and airy with beautiful furniture, TV, DVD, ADSL. In summary, the apartment is great for elongated stays so if you are planning to stay in Madrid for a long period of time I highly recommend this apartment.

Long term stay. I had a great pleasure to live in the “Tribunal” apartment with charmingrents for 5 years. When I moved in, I literally had to just leave the suitcases on the floor, as the apartment had everything – from internet to unpacked sheets to an iron, from dishes to wonderful tablecloths – there was even a bowl of fresh fruits waiting for me on the table! The landlord were extremely helpful from day 1 – the few times I needed some help with the apartment, they were always responsive, fast, efficient and friendly! All the appliances in the apartment worked perfectly, from the microwave to the TV, DVD, radio and the washing machine. While Madrid summers can get very hot, the apartment was rarely hot – although there were a few times when the A/C came in really handy. With its high ceilings, there was always plenty of light in the apartment, and the proximity of all wonderful areas of Madrid made living here not only convenient, but as the title of the company says – charming! I will miss my Madrid home a lot!

Great stay. The cozy studio on calle Hortaleza has been a perfect place to complete my master’s degree. I was constantly inspired by the space, which is like a hip artist’s loft, with an original tile floor, wooden beams and large windows. The safe, convenient neighborhood has everything you need — grocery stores, clothing boutiques, friendly merchants for anything from fish to fruit, coffee shops, top restaurants, bars, etcetera. It will be REALLY hard to leave the apartment (and Madrid); I have many good memories here! –Current tenant ——-

Vine con mi familia, y nos alojamos tres meses en el apartamento « Quintana. » Desde el principio fue una experiencia fenomenal. La ubicación, como nos aconsejó Luisa, es muy buena para una familia pequeña o una pareja, y en el apartamento no hay sorpresas salvo los « toques especiales » que Luisa te deja. Aún nos trajo una mesita y sillita presiosas para que nuestra hija tenga un espacio propio para dibujar y jugar. Sin duda, recomiendo « CharmingRents ».

Hello. I work for an international FMCG company and have rented flats through Charming Rents both times that I’ve been based in Madrid. I wouldn’t hesistate to recommend Luisa Salama or her company to anyone – and, on various occasions, haven’t! She takes amazing care of her flats and her tennants. You will always find the appartments spotless and it perfect repair, and if you have any problems she will always deal with them immediately and charmingly! This particular appartment is exactly as it appears in the pictures (although without the slightly crazy rounding effect on some of these…). It is very well located in a lively area that is also close to a huge and lovely park. Luisa completely redecorated the flat when she took it onto her books so everything is new and fresh and in perfect repair. I hope you enjoy staying there as much as I did! I am a law student from Texas. I stayed in the Quintana Rosales for 6 weeks. It was perfect for me and my 2 roommates. It was exactly as it appeared on the website and was in a great location. The neighborhood was safe, very lively, and right near a lot of good shopping. Luisa is very sweet and accommodating. She even let us borrow a few movies from her personal collection! I would recommend staying in one of Luisa’s apartments wholeheartedly.

Came with my family and stayed for three months in Calle Quintana. From beginning to end, the experience was outstanding. The neighborhood, as Luisa told us, is perfect for a family or couple, and there are no surprises in the apartment aside from the special touches Luisa leaves for you. She even brought us a little table and chair so that our little one had a place to play and draw. i recommend CharmingRents without reservation.

Un buen lugar. Se trata de un apartamento muy cómodo y agradable, acogedor y con todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta. A las características del apartamento hay que añadir su situación: lugar céntrico, tranquilo y muy bien comunicado (taxi, metro,…). Ideal para ir caminando a cualquier lugar céntrico de Madrid, lo que permite disfrutar plenamente de la ciudad. Un buen lugar, para una buena ciudad.

Hello. The apartment, although on the smaller side, has a very nice location and is close to pretty much everything with a short metro or taxi ride. The internet connection is reliable and there is a very nice entertainment system. With a small working kitchen and comfortable bathroom, it seems to work well for both short and longer term stays.
