I stayed in this apartment for 6 weeks in the summer of 2012. The apartment is in a great location. It is a block off “Princesa” one of the main streets in Madrid and a two minute walk to the metro station with 3 lines. The Calle del Tutor is a super quiet street and the building and apartment are in great condition. The kitchen is well equipped and I felt comfortable cooking and dining in during my stay. The buidling staff is nice but some of the neighbors were a bit noisy late at night. The building was going through renovations, but the workers only made noise during the day and never into the evening. The apartment’s location is very convenient and the neighborhood offers everything you need without leaving Arguelles. Another bonus is that the apartment is located on the first floor (1 flight of stairs up). I highly recommend this location and apartment. It was great to stay there in the flat, it is very well located in the “barrio de Argüelles” that is one of the best places in Madrid with shops and bars nearby. The flat was very nice and I felt like at home. The owner Luisa is a very nice person and she always takes care of the people who rent the flat. After one year stay in this cozy apartment all i can say are good things about it. Luisa is a great hostess, she responds quickly to any doubt or inconvenience, as well as Vicente, the doorman, who is really nice and resolute. The location is perfect, right in the centre of Madrid, really close to Metro lines, Bus stops, a huge deparment store and lot of restaurants and bars. The apartment has all the commodities described avobe. Definetely i must recommend this flat and charmingrents!

We stayed in this apartment for 6 weeks during May-June 2013. Like the other comments say, the property and location were wonderful. The apartment has everything that you would want (refrigerator, stove, washing machine, great water pressure in the shower, etc.). We did not have anyone sleeping in the smaller bedroom, so we used it as an office. The location in Argüelles is ideal with the metro very close, and many areas within a comfortable walking distance. We enjoyed the stay very much and recommend working with this company!

My friend and I rented this apartment for 6 months between November 2011 and May 2012 while we studied at CEU San Pablo University in Madrid. The apartment itself was very comfortable – we were able to customize it to fit our needs, and very soon it felt like a cozy home away from home. Vicente, the portero, was always around to welcome us and was able to help us fix any problem we had – he is an incredible resource to have and can help with almost any problem or need! The location of the apartment was probably the greatest asset – it is less than a 1 minute walk from the Argüelles metro stop, which is on two very convenient metro lines – Línea 3 connects to Sol, Callao, etc., and Línea 4 connects to Colón, Calle Serrano for shopping, Goya, etc. This apartment is also located in the University area, very close to Comillas, CEU San Pablo, Saint Louis University, Suffolk, and Complutense, so it is very convenient for students, professors and others visiting the university area. There are at least 4 supermarkets within a 2 minute walk, Parque del Oeste less than 5 minutes away (great for running, walking, relaxing) and many great restaurants surrounding the apartment. Luisa is an amazing landlady, very understanding and helpful! Charmingrents is a great service that helped make our time in Madrid incredible!

Tuve la oportunidad quedarme en este piso de Charmingrents mientras estudiaba en Madrid. Soy de Mexico y a pesar de la distancia me sentí como en mi casa. El piso esta precioso y super bien ubicado, todo lo tienes cerca y esta completamente equipado. Esta en una zona muy bonita en donde caminando puedes llegar a todos lados, además el metro esta muy cerca. Pero la atención y calidez que me dió Luisa al llegar ahí fue excelente y nunca lo olvidare !Gracias por todo! The apartment is beautiful and very well located, everything is near and it is fully equipped. It is located in a beautiful zone, where you can find everything in a walking distance as well as the subway. But the attention and warmth that Luisa gave me was excellent, I will never forget them! Una de las cosas más importantes acerca de este apartamento es donde esta localizado, porque puedes encontrar todo lo que necesita muy cerca. También, esta muy cerca de algunos lugares turísticos, que si estas en Madrid deberías conocer. Caminando tienes taxis, autobús, así como el metro. Esta realmente bien. Hola, estuve viviendo un año en este precioso piso y os lo recomiendo encarecidamente! Tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda y agradable. La zona goza de comercios y restaurantes y las comunicaciones son excelentes, metro Argüelles y Moncloa muy cercanos y estación de autobuses. My wife an I rented this property for just around 3 years. We could not have asked for a better location with the metro right across the street, many dinning options, 3 grocery stores very close. The area is very quite at night. Not once were we woken from outside noise, which is rare for the city. Luisa Salama was an amazing landlord could be reached at any time to help out, like at midnight when I locked myself out. Vicente’ the door man is an amazing person and one I would call a friend before a doorman. John

My roommate and I rented this apartment for six months while studying in Madrid and it met all of our needs perfectly! It’s space efficient and it had all the amenities we were looking for, like a nice TV, dishwasher and washing machine. The windows and balcony also let in tons of sunlight, making all the rooms very bright and the laundry dried quickly. Also, there is no building directly across from the apartment so we had lots of privacy and there’s nice green space. Like all the buildings in the city, the walls were a little thinner than we were used to, but it didn’t cause any problems. The location was ideal; Arguelles is a safe, quiet neighborhood very close to good shopping and nightlife and a short walk to the Parque del Oeste and Plaza de España. Commuting was easy; the apartment is less than a five minute walk to the Arguelles metro stop, which has lines 2, 4, and 6 and gets you everywhere you’d want to go in the city. Vicente the doorman was also a huge plus to this apartment. He’s an incredibly friendly guy and will help you with whatever you need. He is nearly always at the front of the building and makes it feel especially safe and cared for. Luisa the landlady is always available and will return your emails and calls promptly, regardless of the time of day. She keeps the apartment updated and in the condition of a hotel room. She was incredibly nice and understanding and was extremely helpful in our transition to the city and the apartment.
