Came with my family and stayed for three months in Calle Quintana. From beginning to end, the experience was outstanding. The neighborhood, as Luisa told us, is perfect for a family or couple, and there are no surprises in the apartment aside from the special touches Luisa leaves for you. She even brought us a little table and chair so that our little one had a place to play and draw. i recommend CharmingRents without reservation.

Hello. The apartment, although on the smaller side, has a very nice location and is close to pretty much everything with a short metro or taxi ride. The internet connection is reliable and there is a very nice entertainment system. With a small working kitchen and comfortable bathroom, it seems to work well for both short and longer term stays. Luisa, I lived for more than 5 month in Pintor Rosales 48, Appartemento 15B. I loved the time in the flat and people who visited me were impressed about the view (one of the best views of Madrid) and the flat. I personally felt very comfortable. The flat has a lot of charming and warm elements so that you really feel home. Your support, whatever I missed or required, was outstanding. 1 day after I moved out, a colleague of mine was very very happy to have the possibility to move into the flat.
