We rented this apartment for the month of July 2010, and we found it very comfortable and the management very helpful, professional, always available, and very accomodating, for instance, when they saw that we had two children they lent us several DVds. The apartment is conveniently located minutes away from Plaza de Espana, el Corte Ingles, several affordable restaurants, and a few theaters. The apartment has everything you need, it is fully furnished, it has a washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning, iron and all kinds of kitchen utensils for cooking, etc. The apartment definitely meets your expectations, and I fully recommend it for a short or long stay. Cute and quiet appartment near the park.
I loved this apartment from the first moment. I moved to Madrid in 2006 from the Netherlands to work in ESA. The neighborhood is great, lots of cinemas (also o.v.), the park, a friendly atmosphere… There are fantastic groceries and butcher shop nearby, supermarket and flower shop just at the corner of the building. And you are walking distance from many nice neighborhoods such as Malasana, Chueca… The apartment was completely refurbished and clean as I entered (just like in the photos), and any problem that I had was solved within a day. I strongly recommend this place to anybody who is looking for a quiet place in Madrid.

Great apartment
The apartament was great. Clean, looks like new, with everything that we needed. The location was great too, very close to a subway station, and a lots of restaurants e bars near by for a late meal or drink. Marina, the woman that received us, explained everything about of the apartament, was very helpful and kind. We had problem with the air conditioning and the beds are a little small, but not that prevented us to have a great time. I highly recommend this place to people. Enero de 2015

My family stayed in this lovely apartment over Christmas, it being their first time outside of the states. The apartment was amazing and I believe they would stay there again.

Very good experience.
Louisa was very helpfull during the whole stay. Always available on the phone and if there was a problem or something I needed help with it,was fixed at once. Was over all a very good experience and I have nothing to complain about. Can really recommend using Louisa as a host for your stay.

I can’t recommend this listing highly enough!
I had a great experience staying in Luisa’s studio in Barrio de las Letras. One of Luisa’s colleagues met me at the scheduled time for check in and helped me get settled. She even brought a light breakfast for me, which was much appreciated after a long flight. Luisa called me later in the day to make sure I had everything I needed, and she was always friendly, prompt, and professional in our email correspondence. The studio itself was exactly as it appears in the photos: a good sized living/bedroom with a small kitchen and a separate bathroom, perfect for one person or a couple. I was in the unit roughly a month and found the space very well suited to my needs. The kitchen includes a two-burner stove, pots and utensils, so cooking is certainly feasible (n.b., the ceiling in the kitchen is a little low, so taller travelers should mind their heads). In addition, the unit has lots of natural light, new fixtures and appliances (including a washer, which was very convenient), and everything in good working order. The building was very quiet, secure, and well maintained. The neighbors I encountered were friendly and polite. The neighborhood is about as central as it gets, just steps away from great restaurants, restaurants and shopping, only a few minutes walking from the museums along the Paseo del Prado, and 10-15 minutes walking from both the Sol and Atocha train stations. There are also grocery stores and other basic amenities in walking distance. I can’t recommend this listing highly enough!

Great Apartment in the heart of Madrid…
I lived 6 months in this lovely apartment. It is small, but has everything you need. The location is perfect, because you are totally central. Plaza del Sol is just 5 min to walk. Calle Huertas has lots of bars and restaurants and is just 2 min away. 100m from the apartment is a dry cleaner and little shops to buy whatever you need to live… The contact with charming rents was very uncomplicated. They were very friendly and quick with answering. The Cleaning service was perfectly done whenever I was not in the apartment. i can really recommend to rent this little flat! I had a great time there…

Beautiful area. I very much enjoyed my stay here. Located in a beautiful area and a charming building it was the perfect place to stay for my one month in Madrid. A Wonderful 3 years in this apartment!!! – I have been so fortunate to have found this apartment the summer of 2011. Luisa was so nice from the very first meeting and took care of everything!! it is so clean and modern and the location is accesible to several bus and metro lines. Whenever I made a request to Luisa, she was back in touch with me within a day and sometimes hours. The apartment is nicely furnished and very comfortable. As i return to the U.S. I will savor the memories of living here and walking in El Parque del Oueste, just minutes away.Thanks for everything, Luisa!!
