El apartamento esta muy bien arreglado, esta super bien situado con super a la vuelta y areas muy zonas de bares, cines, restaurantes etc, esta super bien para vivir largas temporadas, vivimos dos chicas mexicanas y lo pasamos de lujo, las habitaciones estan separadas asi que hay mucha privacidad una de la otra, la cocina equipada, el salon muy comodo y el baño tambien. Este piso es tu opcion si quieres venir a madrid por una larga temporada.

Vine con mi familia, y nos alojamos tres meses en el apartamento “Quintana.” Desde el principio fue una experiencia fenomenal. La ubicación, como nos aconsejó Luisa, es muy buena para una familia pequeña o una pareja, y en el apartamento no hay sorpresas salvo los “toques especiales” que Luisa te deja. Aún nos trajo una mesita y sillita presiosas para que nuestra hija tenga un espacio propio para dibujar y jugar. Sin duda, recomiendo “CharmingRents”.

Un buen lugar. Se trata de un apartamento muy cómodo y agradable, acogedor y con todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta. A las características del apartamento hay que añadir su situación: lugar céntrico, tranquilo y muy bien comunicado (taxi, metro,…). Ideal para ir caminando a cualquier lugar céntrico de Madrid, lo que permite disfrutar plenamente de la ciudad. Un buen lugar, para una buena ciudad.

Fantastic apartment! Lived for around 3 years. Had a great time, great terrace with open space infront which i really liked for privacy and to enjoy for drinks or BBQ’s with friends.

While it looks small, its surprisingly spacious with lots of storage space and good distribution of space (a big plus also is the extra spare small bedroom).

The neighbourhood is quite nice, as you are walking distance to many nice areas to go out (malasaña, gran via, templo de bod..etc.). But a bit secluded from the busy areas and noise. Plus lots of shopping centres literally 2 minutes away (corte ingles, zara, bricor..etc).

One last thing, the owners of this apartment are super kind and always helpful. Were always flexible to any needs I had. Having lived in other rentals in Madrid, its quite unique to have such nice landlords.

We loved staying at this wonderful, lighted, modern designed and well-equipped apartment. From the very first moment we entered that apartment, we were so happy that this was our choice.

The location is perfect. Located near Plaza España and few well-connected metro stations, the old city, Calle Gran Via and to a beautiful park.
The apartment is well equipped. It fells that somebody really gave a thought about the small things in order that it will fell home. In addition, everything is in a new condition.
The communication with the landowners was great all along the way. They are super thoughtful. Any request we had, they done the best to fulfill it.
Unfortunately, we were needed to leave Madrid unexpected and earlier than what we planned due to COVID-19 and even in this tough situation the Landowners done everything they could in order to help us with the packing and the moving.

We highly recommend about this apartment. We enjoyed every minute in it.

I spent two weeks in this penthouse and found it absolutely delightful. Mornings were especially fantastic as the sun filled the apartment. It was peaceful and remarkably quiet for being near such entertaining areas like the Plaza. The furniture was also great, including a wonderfully comfortable bed. I would 100% choose to return to this apartment were I to spend more time in Madrid.

He tenido la oportunidad de viajar bastante y en cada parada me he quedado en diferentes sitios y nunca había encontrado uno tan confortable, bonito y bien ubicado como este piso en Madrid. Lo recomiendo ampliamente por 3 motivos principales:

Primero, la atención, cordialidad y profesionalidad de los responsables en rentarme el apartamento. Siempre me apoyaron y me ayudaron en todo momento durante mi estancia en este piso, hubo muy buena comunicación y amabilidad por parte de la empresa CharmingRents, pero sobre todo su competitividad y formalidad de principio a fin.

Segundo, la ubicación es una de las mejores, ya qué se encuentra a unos pasos de Plaza de España y el templo de Debod y a pocos minutos de Sol, Opera, Gran Vía, Callao, etc., además, de su buena conexión con estaciones de metro como Ventura Rodriguez, Plaza de España y Arguelles.

Tercero, diseño adecuado y confortable, la distribución de este ha sido bien pensado, esta montado con todo lo necesario para un turista, un estudiante y/o profesionista, además de ser un espacio muy agradable.

Definitivamente un piso que vale mucho la pena si piensas visitar o quedarte unos días y/o meses en Madrid.

Great location ,clean , beautiful with a breath taking view of Madrid and the park across . I lived in this apartment for more than two years comfortably without any issues thanks to Luisa and her daughter Susana .

The location is excellent and well connected to the city center with bus 74 goes to Gran Via area and 21 to the Arguelles metro station . Many restaurants around and grocery stories , roses garden plus the beautiful paseo if you just want to go for a walk .

I highly recommend this apartment if you are looking for a home away from home .

I have spent 5 months as an expat in this lovely apartment. It was a shame to leave it.

I did liked the neighbourhood as it is a nice quiet residential area, but close to bus/metro station Moncloa and metro station Arguelles to get everywhere very easily. Also Parque del Oeste is close for a walk or run in the park. In addition, there is a very good butcher, greengrocer and big super market nearby.

The house was renovated very recently. In result, everything is clean and working properly. I did liked the wooden shelves and kitchen. It made the house quite a bit warmer and cosy. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay.

Another plus was the contact with the renter. The few small remarks I had were fixed by the renter quickly. In addition, I always received an answer on my questions in no time at all.
The house offers a separate guest room (with shower and bathroom). To reach this, you have to go outside again. This can be very convenient when you having guest so both have some extra privacy. However, when you don’t have any guests over this separate room was quite useless for me. This was the only criticism I could have. In general, I was very happy to have stayed at the Calle de Martin de los Heros 83.
