Long term stay. I had a great pleasure to live in the “Tribunal” apartment with charmingrents for 5 years. When I moved in, I literally had to just leave the suitcases on the floor, as the apartment had everything – from internet to unpacked sheets to an iron, from dishes to wonderful tablecloths – there was even a bowl of fresh fruits waiting for me on the table! The landlord were extremely helpful from day 1 – the few times I needed some help with the apartment, they were always responsive, fast, efficient and friendly! All the appliances in the apartment worked perfectly, from the microwave to the TV, DVD, radio and the washing machine. While Madrid summers can get very hot, the apartment was rarely hot – although there were a few times when the A/C came in really handy. With its high ceilings, there was always plenty of light in the apartment, and the proximity of all wonderful areas of Madrid made living here not only convenient, but as the title of the company says – charming! I will miss my Madrid home a lot!

Great stay. The cozy studio on calle Hortaleza has been a perfect place to complete my master’s degree. I was constantly inspired by the space, which is like a hip artist’s loft, with an original tile floor, wooden beams and large windows. The safe, convenient neighborhood has everything you need — grocery stores, clothing boutiques, friendly merchants for anything from fish to fruit, coffee shops, top restaurants, bars, etcetera. It will be REALLY hard to leave the apartment (and Madrid); I have many good memories here! –Current tenant ——-

La ubicación, como nos aconsejó Luisa, es muy buena para una familia pequeña o una pareja, y en el apartamento no hay sorpresas salvo los «toques especiales» que Luisa te deja. Aún nos trajo una mesita y sillita presiosas para que nuestra hija tenga un espacio propio para dibujar y jugar. Sin duda, recomiendo «CharmingRents».

I wouldn’t hesistate to recommend Luisa Salama or her company to anyone – and, on various occasions, haven’t! She takes amazing care of her flats and her tennants. You will always find the appartments spotless and it perfect repair, and if you have any problems she will always deal with them immediately and charmingly! This particular appartment is exactly as it appears in the pictures (although without the slightly crazy rounding effect on some of these…). It is very well located in a lively area that is also close to a huge and lovely park. Luisa completely redecorated the flat when she took it onto her books so everything is new and fresh and in perfect repair. I hope you enjoy staying there as much as I did! I am a law student from Texas. I stayed in the Quintana Rosales for 6 weeks. It was perfect for me and my 2 roommates. It was exactly as it appeared on the website and was in a great location. The neighborhood was safe, very lively, and right near a lot of good shopping. Luisa is very sweet and accommodating. She even let us borrow a few movies from her personal collection! I would recommend staying in one of Luisa’s apartments wholeheartedly.

Came with my family and stayed for three months in Calle Quintana. From beginning to end, the experience was outstanding. The neighborhood, as Luisa told us, is perfect for a family or couple, and there are no surprises in the apartment aside from the special touches Luisa leaves for you. She even brought us a little table and chair so that our little one had a place to play and draw. i recommend CharmingRents without reservation.

Hello. The apartment, although on the smaller side, has a very nice location and is close to pretty much everything with a short metro or taxi ride. The internet connection is reliable and there is a very nice entertainment system. With a small working kitchen and comfortable bathroom, it seems to work well for both short and longer term stays. Fantastic apartment! Lived for around 3 years. Had a great time, great terrace with open space infront which i really liked for privacy and to enjoy for drinks or BBQ’s with friends.

While it looks small, its surprisingly spacious with lots of storage space and good distribution of space (a big plus also is the extra spare small bedroom).

The neighbourhood is quite nice, as you are walking distance to many nice areas to go out (malasaña, gran via, templo de bod..etc.). But a bit secluded from the busy areas and noise. Plus lots of shopping centres literally 2 minutes away (corte ingles, zara, bricor..etc).

One last thing, the owners of this apartment are super kind and always helpful. Were always flexible to any needs I had. Having lived in other rentals in Madrid, its quite unique to have such nice landlords.

Honestly cant recommend it enough!

He tenido la oportunidad de viajar bastante y en cada parada me he quedado en diferentes sitios y nunca había encontrado uno tan confortable, bonito y bien ubicado como este piso en Madrid. Lo recomiendo ampliamente por 3 motivos principales:

Primero, la atención, cordialidad y profesionalidad de los responsables en rentarme el apartamento. Siempre me apoyaron y me ayudaron en todo momento durante mi estancia en este piso, hubo muy buena comunicación y amabilidad por parte de la empresa CharmingRents, pero sobre todo su competitividad y formalidad de principio a fin.

Segundo, la ubicación es una de las mejores, ya qué se encuentra a unos pasos de Plaza de España y el templo de Debod y a pocos minutos de Sol, Opera, Gran Vía, Callao, etc., además, de su buena conexión con estaciones de metro como Ventura Rodriguez, Plaza de España y Arguelles.

Tercero, diseño adecuado y confortable, la distribución de este ha sido bien pensado, esta montado con todo lo necesario para un turista, un estudiante y/o profesionista, además de ser un espacio muy agradable.

Definitivamente un piso que vale mucho la pena si piensas visitar o quedarte unos días y/o meses en Madrid.

Great location ,clean , beautiful with a breath taking view of Madrid and the park across . I lived in this apartment for more than two years comfortably without any issues thanks to Luisa and her daughter Susana .

The location is excellent and well connected to the city center with bus 74 goes to Gran Via area and 21 to the Arguelles metro station . Many restaurants around and grocery stories , roses garden plus the beautiful paseo if you just want to go for a walk .

I highly recommend this apartment if you are looking for a home away from home .
