I have spent 5 months as an expat in this lovely apartment. It was a shame to leave it.

I did liked the neighbourhood as it is a nice quiet residential area, but close to bus/metro station Moncloa and metro station Arguelles to get everywhere very easily. Also Parque del Oeste is close for a walk or run in the park. In addition, there is a very good butcher, greengrocer and big super market nearby.

The house was renovated very recently. In result, everything is clean and working properly. I did liked the wooden shelves and kitchen. It made the house quite a bit warmer and cosy. Overall, it was a very nice place to stay.

Another plus was the contact with the renter. The few small remarks I had were fixed by the renter quickly. In addition, I always received an answer on my questions in no time at all.
The house offers a separate guest room (with shower and bathroom). To reach this, you have to go outside again. This can be very convenient when you having guest so both have some extra privacy. However, when you don’t have any guests over this separate room was quite useless for me. This was the only criticism I could have. In general, I was very happy to have stayed at the Calle de Martin de los Heros 83.

Destacamos primero la buena atención por parte de Luisa, muy amable en todo momento. El piso está bien ubicado y lo recibimos muy limpio. Tiene una vista muy agradable al Parque Sur que poco se ve en Madrid. ¡Muy recomendado!

Location is a typical Madrid neighbourhood, walking distance to trendy Malasana and other points of interest. Area also has decent amount of bars, restaurants etc. Would stay at this apartment again.

I have been living in this flat from november 2017 untill february 2018 (for working reasons in Madrid) and everything was perfect. The flat is located in the heart of the city, in a strategical point in the main roads of the city: sol, malasana, chamberi, el retiro parque, etc.
I didn’t need to take taxi or metro (even if alonso martinez metro stop is really close, kind of 2 minutes walking from home) as th eflat was located in the city center.
The flat is amazing, all new and renovated with a very good style. All main comfort were included and working: wi-fi in all the flat, tv, washing machine (for clothes and dishes), centralised heating, air conditioning, comfortable bed and sofa. flat was also furnished of: towels, bed sheets, blankets, dishes, etc.
Everytime I had extra requests (i.e. extra blanket), they provided me with high professional skills.
Flat is exactly as showed in the pictures (even better). I highly recommend this flat to everyone.

I absolutely loved living in this apartment! My friend and I lived here together while we studied in Madrid for four months, and the landlord was very accommodating to meeting our needs in the timeframe that worked best for our travels. You can walk to the city center from the apartment as well as reach the nearest metro in just two minutes. The apartment is so cute and quaint, and has all of your household necessities included. Our doorman was also very kind and helpful, he helped us with any household things that we needed in a very timely manner! Overall, I could not have chosen a better place to live during my time in Madrid— thank you Charming Rents for being so great!

This apartment is fantastic! My friend and I lived here while we studied abroad for a semester and it was an incredible experience. The apartment is centrally located and is about a 2 minute walk from the closest metro stop (super convenient!) The landlord was kind and accommodating and the apartment was cozy. I would highly recommend this apartment! I have absolutely nothing negative to say.

He residido en este apartamento mas de un año y ha sido un verdadero placer. Las fotos son reflejo exacto del estado de la vivienda. Es centrico, muy bien situado, con el metro cerca, zona comercial, sitios de ocio y pequeños comercios de barrio que son una delicia; sin olvidar el gran “parque del oeste ” para actividades deportivas y la ciudad universitaria a un paso. El estudio cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos, servicios y suministros así como wifi. Es un segundo piso muy luminoso por su orientación. Sin duda una maravilla en uno de los mejores barrios de Madrid pero sin olvidar el trato exquisito y colaborador en todo momento de Luisa y Susana.

הדירה נמצאת במיקום מושלם, קרובה למספר תחנות מטרו ואוטובוסים, הדירה מאוד נקייה מאובזרת בכל מה שצריך ומאוד משופצת. לואיזה וסוזנה מקסימות, עונות תמיד ועוזרות בכל דבר. מאוד מומלץ לחופשה ותקופה קצרה במדריד!

Luisa and her daughter Susi were spectacular landlords from start to finish and the apartment was one of the most lovely ones I have had the opportunity to live in. I spent a whole year here and would’ve stayed on if I could have. Chamberi would still be my top choice if I moved back to Madrid and the apartment was one of few places I saw during my time there was modern, bright, clean, and incredibly well located near all the fun areas but situated in a charming residential one that’s slowly gentrifying. It’s also near a big park which is a big plus, also great for those who enjoy running and playing tennis. I would use Charming Rents again in a heartbeat. Thank you! Gracias!
